Patrick Michael Glas, 56, Galesburg, died at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at home.
Pat was born Dec. 20, 1954, in Galesburg, the son of John P. and Bernadette M. (Tadie) Glas.

He is survived by one brother, John Michael Glas of Galesburg; a sister, Mary Ann (Bob) Goodyear of Oak Run; a nephew, Michael Glas; and two nieces, Jessica Dumse-Orr and Crystal Glas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pat was a brakeman for Burlington Northern Railroad from 1974 to 1992.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, in St. Joseph Cemetery, with the Rev. Msgr. Ernest Pizzamiglio officiating. No visitation is planned. Memorials may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
