PEORIA HEIGHTS - Vickie L. Cozad-Edwards, 57, 804 E. Paris Ave., Peoria Heights, died at 5:14 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at home. She was born July 26, 1955, in Galesburg, to Robert E. and Roberta M. Day Cozad. She married Duane Edwards in Galesburg. Surviving is her father, Robert E. Cozad of Galesburg; three daughters, Stephanie Edwards of Peoria Heights, Sylvon (and Justin) Davis of Rio, and Shonda Reed of Galesburg; two sisters, Christine Cozad of Galesburg and Deborah (and Steven) Rehn of Plano, Texas; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother.Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, at Abingdon Cemetery, Abingdon. Rev. Don Reynolds will officiate.
